Executive leaders ready to risk new shapes
listen from the future
As an executive leader, you navigate complexity with creativity every single day. You're driving innovation in the face of labor shortages while managing the relentless pressures of a shifting global climate. Add to that the rapid rise of AI, supply chain disruptions, intricate community challenges, and politically charged environments.
Despite it all, you show up with your A-game, leveraging every tool, strategy, and ounce of expertise to lead with resilience and vision.
You’re driven by a desire to grow, learn, and push your boundaries to contribute to the collective good. At this stage of your development, leadership isn’t defined by individual titles, accolades, or recognition. It’s inspired by self-responsibility, collective leadership, listening from the future, risking new shapes and creating new worlds of possibility.
The world doesn’t need another hero, another expert with all the answers, or another winner who takes it all. What we need now is something deeper—a new kind of leadership that can hold steady as outdated systems crumble and make space for what’s possible.
This leadership isn’t about power or prestige. It’s about having the courage to reimagine how we organize and thrive as communities. It’s about fostering high-quality relationships, practicing deep listening, staying curious, and taking bold risks to build a just-filled and sustainable future.
As an executive leader, you have the experience and insight to meet these challenges head-on. But how do you cultivate new ways of seeing, being, and leading so you can bring your full potential to the complex, urgent problems of our time?
This is your invitation to lead differently—because the world is ready for it, and so are you.
Here’s where I come in
I’m Jennifer England
I worked as an executive for almost two decades. And even though I was in a progressive field, I sometimes reproduced the kind of leadership I didn’t admire.
I was action-oriented, creative, strategic and good with people. But as the system changed, urgency increased and expectations rose. I discovered gaps in my self-awareness and leadership practice. While I was excellent at what I did, I had tons of room to grow.
However, most executive management programs I tried only focused on a limited (and partial) set of external skills.
Sure I knew my MBTI, DiSC profile and conflict style. I could hear and respond to feedback from Leadership 360s. But I had little guidance on how to work with my nervous system, skillfully navigate the heat of conflict and show my vulnerability when I didn’t have the answers or made mistakes.
It wasn’t until I began working with and learning from Master Integral coaches — as well as embodiment, mindfulness, systems change and mediation teachers — that I began doing the deeper personal work that advanced my leadership practice and effectiveness to levels required to meet our global challenges.
Only then could I draw upon advanced leadership tools and cultivate new embodied strengths that carried me (and my team) to thrive with creativity and confidence.
These are challenging times, But that means there’s an opportunity for executives like you to….
Work more skillfully with difficult emotions, so they don’t run the show.
Learn why working with key polarities (autonomy/freedom, structure/flow, support/challenge) is one of your strongest assets in developing and cohering a team.
Strengthen your ability to navigate difference, tension and conflict — and get through anything.
Deepen your self-awareness by working with shadow, three-centered awareness and your nervous system so you can communicate more authentically.
Modernize (or compost) systems and processes to create more flow and flexibility- so projects move smoothly.
Bring your values front and center so you return home to what matters most.
if you’re transitioning into a new role, growing your team or navigating systems change and want deep support...
I offer one-on-one programs customized specifically to your needs. They typically last three, six or nine-months.

Transformational is just as it was. In just nine-months Jennifer’s energy, razor sharp coaching skills, and exceptionally creative and bespoke tools helped me unravel what was deep anxiety, stress, and self-inflicted pressure. Our work helped me evolve from a fighter to a medicine woman. I grew to become peaceful with and inside of myself, more open to my gifts and purpose and a stronger servant leader.

I was looking to bring more meaning and a deeper awareness into my daily life. Utilizing readings, exercises, awareness practices and more Jennifer has helped me to articulate my search and develop a framework that supported me personally and as a leader. Call it groundedness, connection or openness, the result helped me move to a new place, coloured with more inspiration, joy and the ability to share that with the people around me.

Finding Jennifer was a godsend. When we started I was in a great deal of pain over a situation at work. Jennifer’s ability to discern and comprehend what was not obvious to me, helped me open up my own view and participate in new ways. Jennifer’s coaching had impact: through the creative practices and strong accountability, I softened, became more supportive and productive and less stressful with staff and colleagues. At times I was out of my comfort zone, but always within a supportive and motivating environment. I feel I have been given a gift.
